Dedication. Lived Experience. Passion.
Meet The Team
Keriem Rivera (She/Her/Ella)
Program Supervisor
"I am a passionate and empathetic Peer Mentor who listens without judgment, offers thoughtful guidance and leads by example rather than authority. I aspire to plant a small seed of hope in everyone I engage with, reminding them of their strength, worth, and potential."

Darlyn Gutierrez (She/Her/Ella)
Peer Mentor
"Hi, my name is Darlyn Gutierrez my strong interest in supporting others personal and
professional growth allow me to receive the opportunity to enter the peer mentoring field. This
role aligns well with my skills which allows me to apply those strengths into the community. I
was drawn to this role because I didn’t always have access to a strong support or resources
myself, which motivated me to become a peer mentor who provides guidance and support to
others lives.."

Christina Dillon (She/Her/Ella)
Program Director
"I grew up in the foster care system without a voice, navigating spaces where my experiences often went unheard. Today, as a Program Director, my work is rooted in creating spaces where young adult voices are centered, respected, and empowered. I am deeply committed to ensuring that no young person feels invisible or unsupported, and that lived experience is honored as a powerful driver for change. Because their stories, perspectives, and futures truly matter."
Let’s talk

Yesenia Lorenzo (She/Her/Ella)
Next Steps Coordinator
"I've always known I wanted to work in the mental health field in some capacity to be able to guide others when I had to pave my own path. Although my job is to help young adults figure out their next steps, I found deeper connection and purpose through working with them, they've helped me in return."

Anibal Padilla (He/Him/El)
Young Adult Outreach Specialist
"I gravitated towards the Impact Center as a place to work with young adults because I grew up in Springfield and I was also a young adult in need. I believe in the power of empowering and encouraging people to be more than a statistic and step into purpose rather than pain.
When your perspective changes, so does your direction."
